The qualifications required are:

 

• Male / female, minimum age 25 years old

• Have worked in the same field (iron, steel or construction industry) for at least 5 years

• Minimum D3, education in all majors, with a minimum GPA of 2.75

• Able to work according to the given target

• Have a good communication and negotiation skills
